Key Responsibilities
- Spare Parts Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock of spare parts.
- Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels.
- Track incoming and outgoing parts.
- Order Processing:
- Receive spare part requests from service teams or customers.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Communicate with suppliers or manufacturers for spare parts procurement.
- Compare prices and maintain purchase records.
- Customer & Service Support:
- Assist service engineers in identifying correct spare parts.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of stock, purchases, and sales.




- Prepare inventory and usage reports.
- Warehouse Management:
- Organize spare parts in the store.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage.
