Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Zoho implementation — from requirement gathering to go-live and post-launch support
- Implement and customise Zoho CRM, ERP, Books, Creator, Projects, Desk, People, and Inventory
- Build workflows, blueprints, custom functions using Deluge scripting and automation rules
- Conduct client training sessions and maintain clear solution documentation
- Track project timelines proactively, ensuring on-time and quality delivery
Requirements:
- Solid Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator skills
- Solid understanding of core business processes — Sales, Finance, HR, and Customer Support
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Zoho certification is a plus, not mandatory

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
