Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies:
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies
- Monitor and improve conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance:
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards
- Build and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for ads, landing pages, and creatives:
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing Manager:
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing (PPC, paid social):
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing:




- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console:
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools:
- Robust understanding of customer acquisition funnels and growth metrics:
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Experience working with product-based or growth-driven teams

Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS, product, or e-commerce companies:
- Familiarity with CRO tools and landing page optimization:
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms:
- Exposure to brand marketing and influencer campaigns:
- Basic understanding of UX and product analytics
