Role overview

We are hiring a Senior SEO Manager / SEO Lead to own SEO strategy and execution for our D2C brands - on-page, off-page, technical and content - to reduce CAC and build long-term organic growth engines.

Key responsibilities
- Own SEO strategy and roadmap across client accounts.
- Lead on-page, off-page, technical SEO and content strategy.
- Manage and mentor SEO executives and interns.
- Drive keyword strategy, content briefs and link building.
- Report on rankings, organic traffic and conversions, and tie SEO to CAC reduction.

Requirements:
- 4+ years in SEO, agency or D2C brand side.
- Proven results growing organic traffic and rankings.
- Robust command of technical SEO and content strategy.
- Experience leading or mentoring an SEO team.

Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4.
