Position Summary

The Ethics, Independence & Conflicts Associate supports the firm’s Ethics, Independence & Conflicts programs by performing operational, monitoring, and support activities across personal independence, conflicts, and monitoring functions. This role assists in maintaining compliance with applicable independence rules,



firm policies, and regulatory requirements through accurate processing, documentation, and coordination of compliance and monitoring activities.

The Associate is responsible for executing routine processes, maintaining compliance systems and documentation, supporting research and data gathering, and assisting with the resolution of potential ethics, independence, or conflict matters. The role works closely with Senior Associates, Managers, engagement teams, and other stakeholders to support the effective operation of the firm’s governance framework.

This position provides foundational support across multiple compliance areas and contributes to the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of the firm’s ethics, independence, and conflicts processes.
