Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product recommendations
- Manage regular follow-ups to ensure maximum lead closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and updates
- Assist customers with order status, delivery timelines, and post-sales queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads using tools like Excel.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance order value
- Handle video consultations when required to assist customers

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or online retail
- Strong communication skills in English (Tamil preferred)
- Comfortable handling Instagram/WhatsApp sales and video calls
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
- Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline and multitasking ability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
