Real Estate Sales Executive (Residential & Commercial )

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 25000-40000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for residential and commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements to achieve successful transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions using CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consulting,



or a related sales role preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with investors, commercial clients, or property developers.
- Social media marketing and lead generation experience.
- Solid local market knowledge.
