Material Inward & Outward Handling
- Maintain proper inward and outward entry of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished components.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Ensure proper dispatch and issue of materials as per authorized requisitions.

Material Issue Process
- Handle daily material issue process for production requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement between stores and production departments.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.

Stock Maintenance & Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels regularly and maintain optimum inventory.




- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and assist in inventory audits.
- Identify shortages, damages, or mismatches and report the same to management.

Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain proper records of inward/outward entries, stock registers, and store-related documents.
- Update inventory data in computer systems or Excel sheets on a daily basis.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of store transactions.

Store Management & Monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored systematically.
- Monitor material handling practices to minimize wastage and damage.

Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments for smooth store operations.
- Follow up on pending materials and communicate stock requirements to the purchase team.
- Support production planning through proper inventory availability update
