The Craft Edge Projectsis looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and build strong industry relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads from builders, developers, architects, corporates, and homeowners
- Develop partnerships with architects and construction professionals
- Meet potential clients and explain company services
- Convert enquiries into projects through presentations and follow-ups
- Build strong professional networks and referral channels
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for project discussions
- Attend site meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and client presentations
- Maintain lead database and sales pipeline




- Achieve monthly business development targets
- Promote company services through online and offline channels

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate sales preferred
- Ability to generate and close leads independently
- Positive presentation and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Qualification:
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- 1-5 years experience in sales or business development
