_Job Purpose:_

To lead and manage the overall retail operations of the Women's Ethnic Wear business, ensuring achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, superior customer experience, inventory optimization, team productivity, and profitability across all stores.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- 1. Retail Operations Management:_
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all retail stores.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
- Implement best practices to improve store efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective actions when required.
- 2. Sales & Business Growth:_
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive key retail KPIs such as Sales Conversion, ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and Footfall Conversion.
- Plan and execute promotional and seasonal sales campaigns.
- 3. Team Leadership & People Management:_
- Lead,



mentor, and develop Store Managers, Section Managers, and Sales Teams.
- Ensure effective manpower planning and workforce productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

4. Inventory & Merchandising Management:
- Ensure optimum inventory levels across stores.
- Monitor stock movement, aging inventory, and replenishment processes.
- Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Coordinate with merchandising and buying teams for seasonal collections.

5. Customer Experience Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all stores.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
- Strengthen customer loyalty and retention programs.
