Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities
- Meet clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Showcase residential and commercial properties to potential buyers
- Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up with leads and close sales deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Sales experience preferred (real estate experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Patna real estate market
