Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership for the school
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and academic planning
- Monitor teaching quality, classroom performance, and student results
- Supervise and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
- Conduct staff meetings, teacher evaluations, and training programs
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive school culture
- Ensure compliance with CBSE rules, documentation, and school policies
- Communicate effectively with parents and address academic concerns
- Coordinate school events, examinations, and overall development programs
- Manage school operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed. mandatory (M.Ed. preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience in CBSE schools
- Minimum 5 years in leadership role (Vice Principal/Principal preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, academic planning, and board requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage staff, students,



and parent coordination effectively

Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing CBSE documentation and compliance
- Strong student discipline management and institutional planning skills
- Ability to drive academic improvement and result-oriented teaching culture
- Experience in residential school management is an added advantage
