Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and execution-focused individual. The primary job is to coordinate with our agency partner, ensure daily Shopify and performance marketing checks are done, own the Shopify revenue target, and get things done. This is a coordination and ownership role — not a design or content creation role.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Checks
- Audit the Eclipse Solaire website daily, offer banners, product page accuracy, speed issues
- Flag any website issues to agency immediately and follow up until resolved
- Check Shopify dashboard daily — sessions, orders, revenue, CVR vs target
- Check Meta ad performance daily — ROAS, spend, CPO — flag any drops to agency
- Monitor GoKwik checkout metrics — orders, cancellations, RTO, COD vs prepaid





Agency Coordination
- Serve as the single POC for agency across performance marketing, UGC videos, website, and influencer marketing
- Share briefs, give feedback, follow up on deliverables, and get things done on time
- Review UGC video scripts and final cuts before sign-off
- Shortlist influencer profiles suggested by Adymize - of which creatives would work best for performance marketing— evaluate based on brand fit, audience quality, engagement rate
- Review influencer content before publishing
- Raise website change requests and track completion

Shopify Revenue & Target Ownership via Performance Marketing
- Own the monthly Shopify revenue target — track daily, weekly, and monthly
- Identify gaps vs target and work with agency and reporting manager to close them
- Suggest and execute offers, promotions, and campaigns to drive Shopify sales
- Continuously push to improve Shopify conversion rate and average order value
