About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with branding and marketing objectives
- Handle end-to-end management of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Create monthly content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and strong call-to-actions suitable for each platform
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse results, and present insights through regular reports
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and mentions to build community presence
- Maintain profile consistency by updating bios, highlights, links,



and ensuring overall optimisation
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, trends, and best practices
- Support marketing initiatives through content ideation, execution, and improvements
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure social media aligns with overall business goals

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing professional social media accounts
- Strong understanding of platform behaviour, content formats, and algorithm trends
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a robust storytelling ability
- Ability to manage multiple brand accounts and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience with content planning, analytics tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of boosting posts and paid promotions is an added advantage
