Job Responsibilities:
Ø _Greet and receive visitors_

Ø _Maintain updated information on all activities of the hospital_

Ø _Consultant availability_

Ø _Events of the hospital_

Ø _Service availability and unavailability_

Ø _Maintain all protocols of the hospital_

Ø _Maintain all flyers/pamphlets of the hospital._

Ø _Maintain complaint register and feedback forms._

Ø _Maintain circular._

Ø _Maintaining records of all the events._

Ø _Maintain information on major shut downs (maintenance work, software work, bio medical equipment maintenance) which will affect customer service._

Ø _Check & cross check the appointments entries in the system with secretaries_

Ø _Collect the duty rosters of consultants for the month. _

Ø _Preparing on-call rosters and sending every day to M.D & CEO, MS, Casualty, CMC, Tele.Op & all nursing stations._

Ø _Provide directions to the patients and accompany attendants to the doctors or concerned places._

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
