Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products as per engineering drawings.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, CMM, etc.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (Inspection Reports, PPAP, CAPA, etc.).
- Monitor quality at each stage of production (Lathe, Milling, Grinding, CNC/VMC).
- Implement root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Vendors to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal audit requirements.
- Train operators and staff in quality awareness and inspection practices.
- Support customer complaints handling and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Education:



Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (preferably in machine shop or toolroom).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, measuring instruments, process quality, documentation, and problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
- Preferred: Experience with ISO/TS standards, CNC/VMC machining inspection, and vendor quality.

Salary

Depending on experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
