An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyorwith at least 5 years experience to join our clients International tendering team and work on a range of large international Commercial, Residential and Civils Construction Projects. A new Team is being formed in Kochi and this is an excellent prospect for you to fast track your professional cost Management career further as a Quantity Surveyor.
Initial Projects will be International Tenders and you will be working with a Senior Lead Quantity Surveyor from our offices in Kochi.
We will be recruiting a team of 20+ staff throughout next year to work on a range of Tenders and international Measurement Projects using standards such as SMM7 & NRM and you will be joining this team from the start.
What you need for this role
- Cost Management and QS experience of 5 years plus
- Degree Civil Engineering
- Tendering Project experience
- Measurement and BOQ creation experience
- Cad Experience
- International Project experience an advantage
- Buildsoft or Cost X software experience an advantage
- Excellent english skills required
- Proficient with Ms Office & Excel
