Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or company databases.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
- Understand customer requirements and financial goals.
- Explain various insurance products, including life, health, motor, and general insurance policies.
- Provide policy comparisons and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Convince prospective customers to purchase insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and policy details.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with customers for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
