Job Description - Social Media Marketing Agent

Role Overview
The Social Media Marketing Agent will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media marketing for Kubza Private Limited and all its entities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and others.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media pages and profiles for Kubza and its entities.
- Plan and schedule daily / weekly posts, reels, shorts, and stories.
- Coordinate with content / design / video teams for creatives, captions, and thumbnails.
- Run organic and paid campaigns to increase reach, followers, and engagement.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity and suggest creative ideas.
- Analyze insights and analytics (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, etc.) and share performance reports.
- Work on brand building, community engagement, and lead generation through social platforms.
- Maintain a content calendar for each entity and ensure consistent posting.
- Reply to comments, messages, and manage basic online reputation for the brand.

Required Skills & Experience
- Robust understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to create engaging content ideas suitable for different platforms and audiences.
- Basic knowledge of social media ads (Meta Ads Manager, YouTube ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (platform insights, basic social media tools).
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends, design, and storytelling.
- Prior experience in social media marketing / digital marketing / agency or startup is preferred..
