Summary:
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating shipment activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, operations, and logistics teams. The role requires strong coordination skills, follow-up capabilities, and logistics industry knowledge to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, freight status, documentation, and delivery updates
- Coordinate with operations, transporters, shipping lines, and internal departments for smooth shipment execution
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding cargo movement and shipment status
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate critical issues when required
- Prepare and verify logistics documentation related to import/export shipments




- Follow up with customers for pending documents, approvals, and shipment requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details
- Support sales and operations teams in handling customer requirements efficiently

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics / freight forwarding / customer service preferred
- Basic understanding of import/export documentation is an added advantage
