Job Role: MEP Maintenance Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS systems
- Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules:
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site.:
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting.:
- Manage Maintenance timelines and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment.

Key Requirements:
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, fire system, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.:
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, or residential projects.:
- Good understanding of safety standards and quality control.:
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
