Job Purpose

To design and cost all orders to ensure that customer requirements are met within estimated costs and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to progress sales inquiries to establish customer requirement in conjunction with the sales team.
- Perform accurate site measurements for documentation
- Prepare as-built & fabrication drawings as per project specifications and access any risk factors that may affect the design.
- Prepare BOQ and cost estimates as per project drawings.




- Follow-up with sales and operations team for various inputs to release the order on time
- Coordinate with operations team to oversee and manage site execution
- Interaction with operations team to ensure all issues related to design specifications at site are resolved.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma with expertise in using AUTOCAD 2D/3D
- Exposure to additional designing software such as Sketch up/Revit
- Effective communication in and across teams; to build relationships with sales, operations, and production team.
- Knowledge of costing
- 2 years (Graduate) / 4 years (Diploma) experience in a Facade/Window industry

Working conditions

The job will require travelling to project sites as and when needed.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
