Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and

annual financial statements as per Ind AS for a listed entity.
- Ensure compliance with Related Party Transaction provisions under Companies Act,

SEBI Regulations, and Ind AS.
- Conduct scrutiny of general ledgers, vendor and customer ledgers, and review of

fixed assets, purchase, stores, and raw material registers.
- Liaison with statutory, internal, and related party auditors for timely closure of audits.
- Review and update contingent liabilities and ensure appropriate disclosures.
- Perform variance analysis of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L;, and

Cash Flow.
- Preparation of ageing reports for vendors, customers, and store inventories.




- Prepare and finalize related party transactions, tax audit reports, and income tax

returns along with income tax computations.
- Support in generating MIS reports and processing financial information for internal

and external reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified CA, with working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI LODR.
- Strong understanding of accounting, compliance, audit processes, and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹970,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bowbazar, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
