Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Track supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and budget forecasts.

Qualifications:

- Experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries is preferred.

- Solid negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
- Experience handling multiple vendors and procurement projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
