We are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and strategic Partnership Associate to lead our agency outreach efforts. Your primary goal will be to identify and build relationships with "Channel Partners" such as CPG Marketing Agencies, Logistics providers, and Accounting firms who already work with the brands we serve.

Instead of selling directly to brands, you will be building a network of partners who refer their clients to us in exchange for a referral fee and added value for their clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential partner firms (Retail Agencies, 3PLs, Fractional CFOs).
- Presenting the Value: Explain how Dhareclaim helps their clients recover "hidden" revenue.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for partners, helping them understand how to submit leads.
- Onboarding: Walk recent partners through our referral agreement and ensure they have the marketing materials they need to succeed.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized CRM of all partnership conversations and follow-ups.

Requirements:




- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships (experience in CPG, Retail, or SaaS is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to business owners and executives.
- Persistence: A "hunter" mindset. You aren't afraid of cold outreach and understand that partnerships take consistent follow-up.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and Google Workspace.
- Self-Starter: You are new-experience-friendly but highly organized and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
