Core Responsibilities
- Outreach & Engagement: Conduct daily field visits, door-to-door visits, and community meetings to raise awareness about education/training initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with local leaders, NGOs, schools, and parents to foster community support.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of applicants, attendance, and progress in daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Retention Support: Ensure enrolled learners stay engaged through ongoing mentorship and address hurdles preventing attendance.
- Event Organizing: Assist in organizing orientation sessions, career fairs, and workshops.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in mobilization, outreach, counseling, or social work.
- Skills: Robust communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to speak local languages is crucial.




- Education: Bachelor's degree, often in social work (BSW/MSW) or a related field, preferred but not always required.
- Attributes: High energy, comfort with significant field travel, and a passion for community development.
- Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets for reporting. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
