Job Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing marketing workflows, organizing data, supporting campaign execution, and working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing execution activities across multiple projects

Handle CRM systems, lead databases, and marketing data management

Manage and maintain lead records, segmentation, and database hygiene

Coordinate with internal teams such as digital marketing, design, development, and sales for timely project execution

Communicate and coordinate with external vendors, partners, and clients when required

Assist in CRM automation workflows and marketing process improvements

Track campaign performance and maintain reports using Excel, CRM tools, and dashboards

Manage and organize marketing assets, campaign schedules, and execution timelines

Support social media coordination, landing page updates, and lead generation activities





Ensure smooth coordination between strategy and execution teams

Required Skills:
Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and campaign execution

Experience with CRM tools and database management

Good coordination and communication skills

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Quick learner with problem-solving mindset

Comfortable working with automation tools and process-driven tasks

Basic understanding of lead generation workflows

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing Coordination / CRM / Marketing Operations
