Job Summary

The Purchase Executive plays a pivotal role in managing material procurement, logistics, and coordination across departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products. This position involves data management, transportation arrangements, purchase requisition (PR) processing, bill verification, and active participation in daily operations and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage material inward and outward data, including documentation, tracking, and record-keeping in Excel or relevant systems.
- Arrange transportation for inward and outward shipments, ensuring efficient logistics and compliance.
- Prepare purchase requisitions (PRs) in collaboration with Project Executives for raw materials, finished products, and specific sizes based on project needs.
- Collect Bill of Materials (BOM) from the Design team and procure materials as per requirements.
- Prepare inward and outward challans accurately and maintain records.




- Maintain PR and challan registers; create PRs for approval by Project Executives and update Excel trackers.
- Attend daily general meetings with management to discuss updates, issues, and progress.
- Collaborate with the Accounts team for bill verification, rate checks, material matching, preparation of Purchase Orders (POs) in Tally, and ensuring accurate financial processing.
- Coordinate with PPC for follow-ups on PR entries, material availability, and rate verification.

Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with GST, challan processes, and BOM management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with daily meetings and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
