Job Summary

K.M.S Surgicals and Drugs is seeking a proactive and trustworthy Field Operations Executive to join our team. This multi-faceted role is critical to our daily operations, involving the timely delivery of medical supplies to hospitals, the professional collection of payments from creditors, and the expansion of our client base through active networking with current healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Delivery
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of surgical equipment and pharmaceutical products to partnered hospitals and clinics.
- Verify order accuracy against invoices before delivery to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain necessary acknowledgments from hospital staff.

2. Credit & Cash Collection
- Visit creditors and clients to collect outstanding payments and checks.
- Maintain precise records of collections and ensure all funds are deposited or handed over to the finance department daily.
- Communicate professionally with hospital accounts departments regarding payment schedules.

Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and visit new hospitals and healthcare centers to introduce the company’s product catalog.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and medical staff.
- Generate leads and secure initial orders from new clients to expand the company’s market presence.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is a plus).
- Experience: Previous experience in delivery, field sales, or debt collection preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic numerical skills for handling cash and invoices.
- Excellent time management and route planning.
- Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (Scooter/Bike).
- High level of integrity and honesty.
