The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, cleanliness, security, and smooth functioning of the school infrastructure and facilities. The role ensures that the campus setting is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:1. Facility Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of school buildings, classrooms, laboratories, hostels, and other facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, and sewage systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repair and maintenance work.

2. Housekeeping Management
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across the campus.
- Monitor cleaning schedules for classrooms, offices, restrooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials and supplies.

3. Security Management
- Supervise security personnel and monitor campus security operations.




- Ensure proper visitor management and access control procedures.
- Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate security audits.

4. Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies.
- Conduct periodic fire safety checks and emergency preparedness drills.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on campus.
- Maintain records related to safety inspections and compliance requirements.

5. Transportation Management
- Coordinate and monitor school transport operations.
- Ensure school vehicles are maintained and comply with safety standards.
- Monitor driver performance and vehicle documentation.

6. Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of school assets, furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct periodic asset verification and inventory audits.
- Recommend replacement or procurement of damaged or obsolete assets.
