Daily productivity and customer VOC capturing
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up:
- Handle overdue / delinquent accounts (soft & hard bucket)
- Convince customers for timely payment / settlement:
- Negotiate payment plans as per company policy
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up data:
- Achieve daily/monthly collection targets:
- Handle customer queries professionally
