Architect Responsibilities:
- expertise in layout, details, color, lighting, materials selection:
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design:
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
- Set a timeline and undertake project from concept to completion
- Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants
- Coordinate with Drawing team to complete the project with desired design outcome

Architect Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field:
- Must know how to make 3D/2D RENDERS/ concept presentations:
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
