Store Executive - Job Overview

A Store Executive is responsible for handling the storage, movement, and tracking of electrical components, raw materials, and finished goods within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock levels of electrical items (cables, switches, panels, etc.)
- Track incoming and outgoing materials
- Perform regular stock audits
- Goods Receipt & Dispatch:
- Verify materials received against purchase orders
- Ensure proper documentation (GRN - Goods Receipt Note)
- Coordinate dispatch of finished products
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (like SAP, Tally)
- Update stock registers and reports
- Storage & Organization:
- Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of electrical items




- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) or LIFO as required
- Coordination:
- Work with procurement, production, and logistics teams
- Communicate shortages or excess stock
- Compliance & Safety:
- Follow safety norms for handling electrical materials
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical components and materials
- Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP software)

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Commerce)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
