This is an entry-level training role for freshers who want to start their career in the automobile manufacturing sector. As an Apprentice Trainee, you will work in a factory environment and learn how vehicle parts and systems are produced.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in production and assembly line activities:
- Support machine operations under supervision
- Help in basic maintenance and troubleshooting:
- Perform quality checks on components and finished products
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures:
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor
- Work in rotational shifts (Day/Night)
Nature of Work:
- Factory / shop floor-based role
- Involves standing work and physical activity
- Work as part of a team in a production environment
- Shift-based working (3 shifts)
Training & Development:
- Hands-on training in vehicle manufacturing processes:
- Learn machine handling and industrial operations
- Get a Diploma in Mechatronics while working
- Classes conducted inside the company premises
