Role Overview

We’re looking for a Community & Growth team member to build, engage, and scale our community both online and on-ground in Jaipur. You’ll be the partof Hackingly, driving real connections through events, content, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Community Building (Onsite + Online)
- Manage and grow community platforms (WhatsApp, Discord, LinkedIn)
- Actively engage with members and build strong relationships
- Maintain a high-quality, energetic community environment

Events & On-Ground Execution
- Plan and execute meetups, workshops, and networking events in Jaipur:
- Handle logistics, coordination, and on-ground experience
- Ensure high participation and engagement

Growth & Acquisition
- Run campaigns for user acquisition (referrals, campus outreach,



partnerships)
- Explore and test new growth channels
- Track engagement, retention, and growth metrics

Content & Engagement
- Create content for social media and community updates
- Run activities like AMAs, challenges, and discussions

What We’re Looking For Freshers / Associates:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- High energy, confidence, and willingness to be on-ground
- Interest in startups, tech, or communities
- Prior experience in community, growth, or marketing
- Strong execution skills (events, partnerships, campaigns)
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently

Bonus Points
- Experience in college communities or event management
- Comfortable hosting or speaking at events
- Content creation / social media experience
