Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Specialist - Intercompany located in Pune.
What a typical day looks like:
- Supporting accounts payable & Accounts receivable process
- Performing MEC Reconciliation & SOA reconciliation as per standard process
- Handling Escalations from all stake holders and sharing the art of learning to team members.
- Monthly Meeting with Stakeholders to share the Business Metrics and understand the expectations of the site customers.
- Help & Drive team on all the KPI’s metrics, AP/AR Aging, contribute to the process by providing ideas, finding out the opportunities to eliminate nonvalue activities for process improvement.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:




- minimum of 4+ year’s exposure in Finance & Accounting processes in BPO industry
- Hands on experience in IC functions with a strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to operate independently and work toward goals and deliverables with little day-to-day supervision.
- Ability to manage processes and projects, implementing continuous improvements.
- Understanding of global roles and responsibilities - ability to determine who to escalate issues to.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Good Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task & high level of attention to detail.
- Positive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
- Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
