About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms
- Convert prospects into customers by explaining project details effectively
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and closures
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing (preferred)
- Robust communication and negotiation skills




- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Must be willing to work on weekends (as per real estate industry norms)
