eBay is seeking a energetic, personable professional to serve as a Corporate Paralegal for Global Subsidiaries. In this role, you will be a key player on the corporate legal team, responsible for a wide variety of corporate subsidiary legal matters for eBay and its subsidiaries in the US, Europe, and Asia. You will serve as a trusted team member, helping to manage our global subsidiaries, assist with corporate transactions, and ensure compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Subsidiary Management: Assist in the preparation of legal documents and help coordinate corporate legal work for eBay's international subsidiaries.
- Corporate Governance: Assist in managing corporate housekeeping matters, including relating to director and officer changes, board and shareholder resolutions for matters such as annual statutory audit approvals,
