Safety Catch Training & Consulting Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Managers (BDM) for our Chennai and Mumbai operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients and corporate accounts
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities
- Promote training, auditing, and consultancy services to industries and corporates
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and client servicing
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven track record in B2B sales/business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Ability to develop corporate relationships and close business deals
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
