Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will manage the end-to-end production process from receiving purchase orders to final dispatch of finished goods to warehouses and retail stores.

This role will ensure smooth production flow across denim and non-denim categories by managing production planning, ERP systems, inventory, vendors, quality checks, and dispatch operations.

This is a hands-on role requiring regular coordination between factory floors, vendor locations, and the Malad office.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Management
- Manage ERP setup and operations
- Create item masters, BOM, routing, and UOM configuration
- Maintain production data accuracy
- Train junior staff on ERP processes

Production Planning
- Maintain production schedules
- Track style completion timelines
- Coordinate cutting, stitching, washing, and finishing processes
- Identify bottlenecks and delays

Inventory Management
- Manage fabric, trims, and accessories inventory




- Track stock levels and consumption
- Conduct physical stock audits
- Resolve inventory variances

Vendor Management
- Handle stitching, washing, finishing vendors
- Issue job orders
- Track vendor timelines and performance
- Manage sourcing coordination

Quality Control
- Ensure QC checks at every stage
- Track rejection rates
- Maintain quality compliance

Dispatch Management
- Ensure accurate packing, tagging, and dispatch
- Coordinate warehouse/store deliveries
- Manage dispatch documentation

Reporting
- Maintain production trackers
- Share weekly reports with management
- Track production delays and costing data

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Preferred: Supply Chain/Operations certification or postgraduate qualification

Experience Required
- 5-8 years in apparel manufacturing/supply chain
- ERP
