Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and handle leads for loans & financial products
- Counsel customers and suggest suitable loan options
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing
- Maintain customer records and update CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build solid relationships with clients for repeat business
Required Skills:
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, credit cards)
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Strong follow-up & negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
Qualification:
- Graduate (Any stream)
- MBA/Marketing preferred (optional)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
