Job Title: Factory Manager / Production Manager

Location: Vasai East

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience & capability)

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM - 6:15 PM

operate a compact, effective factory with two production lines, focused on delivering

high-quality products with consistency, speed, and cost efficiency.

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Factory Manager to take complete ownership of

factory operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end management of production,

manpower, machines, quality, materials, efficiency, and discipline.

Scope of Responsibility

The Factory Manager will be fully accountable for:
- Production performance
- On-time order delivery




- Product quality
- Machine uptime
- Workforce productivity
- Material control & wastage
- Factory discipline, safety, and cleanliness

Detailed Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and priority.
- Plan and balance work between:
○ Laser cutting line

○ Electronics assembly & soldering line
- Ensure smooth flow of material between processes.
- Monitor daily output vs plan and take corrective action.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
- Ensure committed delivery dates are met.

2. Shop Floor & Manpower Management
- Manage operators, technicians, assemblers, and helpers.
- Assign daily work and ensure proper manpower allocation.
- Enforce discipline, punctuality, attendance, and work standards.
- Train workers on:
○ Process methods

○ Quality standards

○ Safety procedures

○ Machine handling
- Build a cult
