Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to researchers, authors, and academicians for publication opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, reviewers, and academic professionals
- Coordinate with internal teams for manuscript handling and publication processes
- Generate leads and convert them into successful submissions and collaborations
- Assist in expanding journal networks and partnerships globally
- Maintain outreach databases and track communication records
- Achieve monthly targets related to submissions and revenue generation

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field; life sciences/business preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or academic coordination is preferred
- Familiarity with research publications, journals, or conferences is an added advantage




- Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 per month
- Performance-based Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on revenue generation)

Work Details:
- Work Mode: On-site (Arilova, Visakhapatnam)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
