About the Role

Lead admissions and sales performance for the assigned INSD Company owned centre, with clear ownership of achieving 300-500 student admissions annually. This role requires strong execution across lead conversion, parent and student counselling, local outreach, team coordination, and centre-level sales operations to ensure monthly and yearly targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the annual admissions target of 300-500 enrollments for the centre, with transparent monthly, quarterly, and campaign-wise sales planning.
- Counsel students and parents on programs, career pathways, fee structures,



scholarships, and the overall value proposition of INSD courses.
- Track daily lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and pending closures through CRM and centre MIS systems.
- Ensure fast response to fresh enquiries received from digital campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, events, and local activation activities.
- Plan and execute centre-level outreach activities such as seminars, school visits, local promotions, career guidance sessions, and admission events to build the pipeline.
- Monitor counsellor and telecalling performance where applicable, and drive daily discipline on calls, follow-ups, appointments, and closures.
- Improve conversion ratios at every funnel stage by identifying gaps and implementing corrective action on scripts, counselling quality, and follow-up cadence.
- Coordinate closely with marketing to align lead flow, local campaigns, and centre capacity with admissions targets.
