Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Operations Executive to manage and streamline daily financial and retail operations at Palasa. This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience who can independently handle billing, inventory, handling financial reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day business operations to support company goals. This role ensures smooth financial management, process coordination, and operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and operational processes
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel / Zoho / accounting software
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and a team.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred)
- 4-5 years of experience in accounting and operat
