The company is building a high-precision facility in Navi Mumbai equipped with advanced CNC machines, injection molding systems, and coating technologies to manufacture complex components.
Role Overview
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
- Process invoices, purchase bills, and vendor payments
- Handle accounts payable and assist in vendor reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Assist in monthly closing and audit activities
Procurement Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and order placement
- Raise and track purchase orders as per requirements
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and pricing details
- Support basic vendor management and coordination
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting (procurement exposure preferred)
- Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Valuable coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Exposure to manufacturing or engineering industry is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
