We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Drayage Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. If you have hands-on experience handling US drayage operations and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d love to connect with you
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drayage loads efficiently
- Manage communication with drivers, ports, and customers
- Track shipments and ensure timely pickups & deliveries
- Handle appointment scheduling (ports/rails/warehouses)
- Resolve operational issues and delays proactively
- Maintain accurate records and update TMS systems
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in US drayage dispatch
- Strong understanding of port and rail operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Immediate availability is a big plus
