About Us

Legal Help NRI is a specialised legal practice focused on assisting Non-Resident Indians with property, inheritance, and financial matters in India. We handle end-to-end execution, allowing our clients to resolve complex issues without travelling to India.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to manage banking and financial matters for our NRI clients. This role involves direct coordination with banks across India, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of financial processes.

This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong follow-up skills and the ability to independently manage multiple cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with public and private sector banks across India
- Handle matters relating to bank accounts, fixed deposits (FDs), and lockers
- Coordinate closure, transfer, and regularisation of accounts
- Draft formal communications including letters, requests, and notices to banks




- Follow up with bank officials to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in cases involving deceased account holders and succession-related banking matters
- Coordinate documentation for NRI compliance, including KYC and repatriation processes
- Maintain records of all communications and case progress
- Visit bank branches where required for execution and follow-ups

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Law, Commerce, Finance, or related field)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking, legal, or financial services
- Strong understanding of banking procedures and documentation
- Working knowledge of NRI banking, RBI, and FEMA guidelines preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organisational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism
