Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out site activities
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and clients
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Check material quality and ensure proper usage at site
- Handle site measurements and BOQ verification
- Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
- Resolve site issues and provide technical support
- Coordinate with procurement team for material requirements
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
- 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects




- Knowledge of interior execution, site management, and BOQ
- Ability to read drawings and technical documents
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting
