Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to maintain, analyze, and report on our organizational data systems. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency by providing actionable insights through accurate reports, dashboards, and database management. Responsibilities
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., sales, operations, performance). Analyze trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
- Database Management: Maintain, clean, and update data systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Technical Support: Assist staff with data retrieval, system access, and troubleshooting software-related issues.
- System Enhancement:



Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Data Security: Ensure data security and confidentiality by following backup procedures.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar MIS role.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas).
- Strong knowledge of Excel,/SQL/Tableau/ Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems or Database Management Systems is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Solid ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
